Hi Ole, maybe you could also control the first DC motor with 1 khz z.b. via a PWM circuit. Then you could transfer the energy with the next Fwbr or a simple diode to the next motor. However, the energy flow can only flow in one direction. Greetings Sven

Hi Sven,

A higher voltage sends power forward in the daisy chain. The power can't go back to the source. Thus any instability sends power down the line instead of to the power source. If the power gets resonant perhaps it becomes coherent and thus liberates energy from the cosmic background according to the principle of inversion (W.B. Smith). This would explain any extra energy. Consider the power moving in waves down the line. If one motor exceeds the speed determined by the source voltage (overshoot during acceleration) it starts acting as a generator instead of a motor. The wave of higher voltage travels down the line accelerating the succeeding motors. When the second motor slows down to below the speed determined by the voltage source it rapidly accelerates pulling current which starts a new wave front.

The power source being rectified AC makes pulses of double the AC frequency (double rectified AC) as there is no filter capacitor to smooth out the DC pulses. This could start oscillations down the daisy chain.

Regards
Ole

Hello Warren, as you have drawn it all motors are powered by the same voltage source. I always thought that the spikes drive the other engine. It may of course be that the spikes are transferred from one Fwbr to the other and there converted into mechanical work in the next engine. Did you try to connect the motors via a V-belt? It sounds so incredible but sometimes you overlook the obvious things. Greetings Sven

I too,  don't understand how it works.
There is no doubt, however, that it worked for me.
Lucky for us, I found most of the motor setup still intact, but it is enroute to my new home, and studio, in any of several hundred cardboard shipping boxes, contained in three big trucks.
I am just cleaning up the debris here.
The vacuum cleaner is gone.
The old boom box radio is gone.
I dropped one glove out of my pocket yesterday. It was packed before I could pick it up.
In spite of my most vigilant efforts, there is no organization to any of the stuff.
A whole big box of scrap metal and
utter junk, was wrapped in brown paper, and packed too.
The three guys lifted and pushed up a ramp to a truck, my Brown & Boggs half a ton sheet metal shear made of heavy cast iron. I couldn't do that, nor would I attempt it.
They seemed to take enormous pride in their feats of strength, and vigor at working.
Cheers Warren

Hello Warren, the sketch is artistically very beautiful but tells me the same thing as circuit Ole has posted. If you send Dc through a Fwbr dc comes out again. So you drive all engines with the first energy of the first engine. As I have drawn the 2 engine would be operated with the flybacks of the first and so on. I can not understand the meaning of Fwbr. Sorry greetings Sven

This is not a schematic
I borrowed a pen and paper to try to show how the components look and are hooked up.
12v battery, 120 volt 60hz inverter, 5 amp Variac, 120 volt AC in, set to 35 volts out, simply because some of the motors were marked 40 volts. With these DC motors, this means nothing except the rpm range that that motor runs at in the application it is being used for.
Using them as high torque servos running at slow speed, just use bigger motors at lower voltages. It seems, from my wing generator experience, that they just make general use motors, and you supply the voltage it needs to run for your application. Most of my motors came with optical readers on one end of the shaft, which I did not use, as normally I just needed stupid generators making DC amperage from the wind.
I hope my sketch is of some help.
Cheers Warren
